Parcel Delivery

  • Standard delivery should be expected within 5 working days, Monday to Friday 8.00-7.00pm. Some couriers may deliver earlier or later. Our standard couriers are Royal Mail, DPD and Tuffnells.
  • Next Day delivery will arrive the next working day from when the order was placed, based on a 3pm cut off time for all order. Next day delivery is not available to certain postcodes in the UK. Our standard courier for next day delivery is DPD.
  • International Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order despatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and Sea freight options are available.

Saturday Delivery

  • Saturday Delivery is available to selected postcodes in the UK for an additional premium. This service is not guaranteed due to influences out with our control at the weekend. 

Pallet Delivery

  • Standard pallet deliveries should be expected within 3-4 working days, Monday-Friday 8.00-7.00pm. Some couriers may deliver earlier or later. Couriers vary depending on the size and location of the load.
  • Next Day delivery will arrive the next working day from when the order was placed, based on a 2.30pm cut off time for all order. Next day delivery is not available to certain postcodes in the UK.
  • International Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order despatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and Sea freight options are available.

Collect in Store

  • Free collection is available from our Glasgow, UK warehouse Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.00, Friday 8.30-4.30 (Address details on contact us page)

Delivery & Issues

  • When you receive your order please sign the drivers manifest and confirm the goods have been received in good condition
  • If there are any damages to the item, please note this down and get confirmation from the driver. If this is not possible, please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners.
  • Once this has been done notify CCL Customer Service on 01355 599 900 quoting your job number and problem, we will sort out the rest.

  • Offshore Deliveries will be liable for all local taxes and duty is to be paid by the receiver. For deliveries to Norway there is an additional KR250 Formal Clearance charge. 

Additional Information

All items despatched by CCL will require a customer’s signature, parcel couriers will make up to 2 attempts to delivery your parcel and offer alternative collection methods if unsuccessful. Pallet deliveries will attempt delivery once and if unsuccessful redelivery charges will be applicable. Most parcel deliveries will receive an email or text prior to delivery providing tracking information however this is not always guaranteed. Pallet deliveries would need to be tracked by calling our customer service line 01355 599 900 and quoting you job number. When the delivery is made parcel couriers will deliver to your door, pallet couriers provide a kerb side service which entitles them to leave the goods at the side of the road. You must inform us prior to delivery if there are any access restrictions for large vehicles, we cannot guarantee small vehicles on all occasions. Please be aware that public holiday can affect our ability to deliver however we will attempt to inform all of our customers when this will be an issue.

We endeavour to despatch your order however if any extreme circumstance prevents us from doing this we advise you. In some cases, there may be circumstances out with our control which prevent your next day delivery taking place (traffic problems, bad weather etc.) on this occasion we will update you as soon as possible. We will try to ensure that your product is delivered within the time stated but we take no responsibility and will incur no liability for any late delivery or any 3rd party costs.

*Next Day deliveries placed before 3pm are based on specific postcodes around the UK, remote areas will generally be longer services however they will be shipped on the day of order.
